Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

This policy explains how Media Intelligence Sp. z o.o. ("MediaIntel", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit mediaintel.me or get in touch through this website. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to answer you.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Media Intelligence Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Wrocławska 64, 45-701 Opole, Poland. The company is entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001237913, NIP 7543388696, REGON 544613394, with a share capital of PLN 50,000.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data we process as a controller through this marketing website. When we analyze video or other material for a client under a commercial agreement, that processing is governed by our contract and data-processing terms with that client - not by this policy.

3. What we collect, and why

  • Contact form. When you submit our "talk to sales" form, we collect the name, work email and company you provide, and optionally your role, phone number, the use case you select and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to scope a possible pilot. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Browser storage. We store your language preference in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used to track you.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on this site.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. The only data kept in your browser is the functional language preference described above, which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers ("processors") who act only on our instructions - for example, the provider that hosts this website and the tools we use to receive and reply to your enquiry. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

We keep processing within the EU/EEA wherever we can. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we need to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch - typically up to 24 months - after which we delete them. Technical logs are kept only for a short period.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected], use our contact form, or write to the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw - uodo.gov.pl.

9. Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures - including encryption in transit and access controls - to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be reflected here.

12. Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data, email [email protected] or write to Media Intelligence Sp. z o.o., ul. Wrocławska 64, 45-701 Opole, Poland.
